Plantraco Microflight specializes in online sales of remote-controlled and model aircraft, so it’s MD, Bud Kays, spotted an opportunity and decided to cash in. CNN relentlessly chased a homemade helium balloon through the sky, reporting that a six-year-old boy was trapped inside and Bud Kay was watching when he came up with the idea to sell the Halloween Costume, though he said that he doubted the balloon was able to carry six-year-old Falcon Heene, it was too light.
