Karolina reported having a very easy pregnancy , and was still working, wearing heels, and traveling at over 6 months pregnant. Having fellow Victoria’s Secret models Adriana Lima (who’s also expecting) and Alessandra Ambrosio (who had a daughter last year) around for support was probably a big help
