Levi Johnston has won an important step in the early stages of his custody battle over son Tripp. The 19-year-old, who recently modeled for Playgirl , is fighting to retain his rights after ex-fiance Bristol Palin filed for full legal and physical custody in November. A judge has ruled that the court proceedings be open to the public, after Bristol asked that they be kept completely private.
